Dear Friend,

We here at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee wanted to make sure you'd heard the good news: The Minnesota Supreme Court yesterday ruled in Al Franken's favor, and he soon will be sworn in as the newest United States senator.

We would like to extend our warmest congratulations to Sen.-elect Franken. He's earned it. We're thrilled to welcome him to our team of Democratic senators, who are working hard every day to get our country back on track. Sen.-elect Franken's vote will be crucial as we work to pass President Obama's change agenda - a stronger economy, health care for more Americans, and energy policies that protect the planet.

We'd also like to thank all of those dedicated supporters from Minnesota and across the nation who helped make it happen. Al Franken couldn't have won without your help, and his victory is your victory, too.

We know you share our excitement at Al Franken's victory, and we'd like to offer you the opportunity to forward your own good wishes. Click on this link, and send Sen.-elect Franken a congratulations message. We'll forward it to his office, to welcome him to Washington!

Sincerely,
