We here at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee wanted to make sure you'd heard the good news: The Minnesota Supreme Court yesterday ruled in Al Franken's favor, and he soon will be sworn in as the newest United States senator.

We're thrilled to welcome him to our team of Democratic senators, who are working hard every day to get our country back on track.
